After having the RIVERA/PRIMO 6-speed transmission kit installed, I was totally blown away by the increase in performance and rideability that it gave to my 1975 FLH

1975 Shovel BEFORE

Shovelhead. Going from a sloppy 4-speed to a nice, tight 6-speed transmission is like Hog Heaven! Its just that my 88 cu.in. stroker motor needed to get the horsepower to the pavement and it lets me keep up with the newer bikes on the road.

Larry Settles & his wrench!

are awesome and they are great-looking on my bike. What I really like is the Monster Torque Starter Motor and how easy it is to start my bike now! It starts that stroker motor up like right now. I love it!

I would like to thank Larry Settle of Settles Cycles in Harbor City for performing the installation of the 6-speed transmission kit. I knew my prize Shovelhead would be in good hands with Larry as he is a master mechanic and has many years of experience on the older bikes like mine. I also knew Larry could handle any modifications that were needed on the bike and that the installation would be done right!

I'm very pleased with the overall outcome of this project. It really made my old Shovelhead a joy to ride and start! Thanks to all the people at RIVERA/PRIMO
